According to Variety, the Craftsman-style dwelling sold for $1.45 million—just over a year after it was first listed.

The 4,800 square foot residence—which sits behind tall iron gates and a dense cluster of trees—offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

The open living and dining area boasts wall-length windows, Brazilian Cherry wood floors, and a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams.

The master bedroom has its own private patio and a marble-clad en suite bathroom with a steam shower.

Downstairs, there’s a family room with a wet bar, built-in office area, and a brick-enveloped wine cellar.

Outside, A bi-level entertainment deck extends around the back of house and leads to a lagoon-inspired swimming pool set inside of stones—leaving us to wonder why the singer ever wanted to sell such a serene spread.
