Exterior

Per the LA Times, Paulson—who co-starred in “American Horror Story” with Roberts for three full seasons—spent $1.65M on the minimalist-style estate in the Hollywood Hills.

Living Room

Originally built in 1949, the single-story residence underwent a major renovation courtesy of Roberts and now features modern amenities including custom oak cabinetry, skylights, and bi-folding doors in the living room that open directly into the backyard.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen comes outfitted in Calacatta gold marble countertops. It has hidden wall storage and an unbelievably cute center island that doubles as a breakfast bar.

Dining Nook

Right off of the kitchen, there’s a cozy dining nook with a wood-burning fireplace and an edgy exposed concrete façade.

Master Bathroom

Of the home’s three en suite bathrooms, the master boasts double vanity sinks, marble finishes, and a colossal glass steam shower with plenty of room for company.

Bedroom

The adorable abode also has two spacious guest bedrooms for visitors.

Guesthouse

There’s even a detached guesthouse complete with two more bedrooms, a gym, and floors made of salvaged wood from a French chateau. Suffice to say, Roberts did Paulson a real solid when she sold her this perfectly polished place.
