Design-savvy Keaton purchased the colonial-style abode in 2012 and remodeled the space as a personal flip project.

The 7,800 square foot spread spans three levels and offers six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a fitness room, and a basement guest suite.

There’s also a double-height foyer, a main room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, family room (with a wet bar), and an eat-in kitchen filled with state-of-the-art appliances.

The master suite includes a private terrace, spacious walk-in closet, a spa-inspired bath with a vanity and soaking tub.

Downstairs is a well-designed wine cellar, lush home theater, and massive office/library as well as the sizeable guest quarters.

The backyard boasts an entertainment lounge and recreation area in addition to a swimming pool, spa, fire pit, built-in barbeque, and a veranda.
