It’s no surprise why celebs like Natalie Portman, Olivia Wilde and Joe Jonas have flocked to live in this stunning Los Angeles villa, with it’s charming Spanish-inspired character and roaring twenties flair. And now, the famously owned home has sold again—to an anonymous buyer.

The home’s most recent owner, footwear mogul Jon Buscemi, was selling the 3,300 square-foot Spanish-Colonial in the hip neighborhood of Los Feliz for $3.05 million. The entrepreneur and former Wall Street exec purchased the home for $2.86 million last year.

Built in 1929, the rustic three-level home still embodies much of its original allure. White stucco walls contrast wood vaulted ceilings, and wide plank floors, which all sit beneath the exterior’s red-tiled roof. In the living room, an all-white fireplace ties into the cozy interior.

Attracting many of the previous A-list residents, the traditional Spanish details flow throughout the home. The custom ironwork, which frames this arched indoor window terrace that creatively connects the main living room and upstairs seating area.

Gorgeous stained glass French doors open up the dining area to one of the home’s many terraces overlooking the hillside enclave of Los Feliz.

A seating area that runs along an arched wall is the perfect place to relax and admire the view from the hills, and the dark beamed ceilings add cozy warmth and character.

The kitchen packs a ton of character into a smaller space with honeycomb red tile, and an interesting pop-of-color backsplash, which give a fun tribute to the home’s theme of Spanish reminiscence. Plus, it features all the latest appliances so it ties in the retro vibes with the new.

Each of the four bedrooms is simple yet cozy, with neutral decor and lots of natural light. Step out onto the balcony of the master suite for city and canyon views.

The multi-leveled, impeccably manicured outdoor grounds frame the home’s exterior. Access a gazebo outside from one of the verandas, and make your way down to the impressive waterfall spa.

A screening room, library, powder room, and three full bathrooms complete the rest of the house’s interior space, so there’s ample room for the new lucky buyer of this California abode.
