When it comes to creating a sanctuary for sleep, choosing the right bedding is key. Two things to take into consideration: style and comfort. Fashion designer and Chief Creative Officer of Calvin Klein, Raf Simons’ debut bedding collection delivers both—and we’re nothing short of obsessed!     Much like the designer’s runway looks, his linens exude a sense of contemporary, minimalist refinement with muted colors and subtle flourishes, like mini black flowers and printed dots.   With his new range of duvets, sheets, shams, and throw pillows, Simons has managed to reimagine everyday bedding in such a way as to make it feel truly special. Plus, the ultra-versatile textiles—which are made to mix and match—can skew feminine or masculine, and hit every aesthetic in between.   Here, three distinctive looks, all centering around the clone duvet and shams, plus styling tips to help you recreate these dreamy designs. The Clone bedding collection features contrasting mini-floral design atop a printed dot background for trompe l’oeil effect in a 100 percent combed cotton percale.

Look 1: Black, White, and Wood

Clean lines, a darker palette, and black-and-white art establish a sleek, modern aesthetic in this set up. Decorating with black and white can read rather stark and masculine, but the delicate rose print infuses a gender-neutral sophistication and gives the room a less austere style. The natural wood headboard adds warmth and breaks up the monochromatic scheme, while the noir velvet pillows add texture and serve as a focal point.

Look 2: Moody Reds and Blues

To create a warm, moody ambience, opt for rich, saturated hues. Midnight blue walls anchor the space and beautifully contrast the crisp, white bedding. Pops of color in sky, oxblood, and cobalt make the room feel more eclectic and collected, while layers of velvet pillows make this a seductively cozy place to snooze.

Look 3: Neutrals and Blush

For a more serene style, look to Scandinavian minimalism for inspiration. Here, the mini rose motif imparts an understated edge and breaks up the sea of neutrals. Pair with a blush accent pillow, as well as fresh flowers and bedside accessories in similar hues, to keep the tones soft and calm. White-washed wood paneling behind the bed also adds a warm, natural touch.
