Living Room

Per Variety, Schumer decided on the contemporary style condo—housed on top of a prewar building on the Upper West Side—after looking at several other lavish spots in the area.

Interior

The posh penthouse features an angled entrance gallery, a media room with a three-sided fireplace (made from glass and anthracite, no less), and a lofty living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline.

Dining Room

The spacious dining area is outfitted in skylights for stargazing.

Kitchen

The white oak-clad kitchen comes with black stone and white marble countertops as well as stainless steel appliances and a sizeable workstation.

Bathroom

Each of the four guest bedrooms offers an en suite bathroom with heated floors. And the ritzy master suite includes a massive walk-in closet and marble-covered bathroom with double vanities and a soaking tub with room for two.

Rooftop Terrace

A curved staircase leads straight to a private rooftop terrace—as do the glass doors in the living room—that wraps around most of the 4,500 square-foot apartment.

View

The glass-enclosed patio even boasts dreamy views of the Hudson River—which helps explain the $12.14M dollars Schumer dropped.
