The Good Wife star Alan Cumming and his husband Grant Shaffer are ditching their current digs for a nearby townhouse renovation they recently completed after purchasing the space back in 2013. (It only took them a few years!)

The couple listed their four-bedroom apartment—overlooking Tompkins Square Park, natch—in the East Village for a sweet $2.2 million after buying it for $1.695 back in 2005.

We appreciate the pops of bright, neon color in the otherwise all-neutral apartment.

Not everyone has space for a home office, but if you do, this isn’t a bad one to model it after. Built-in shelves and a view of the park? We’ll take it.

The wide-plank hardwood floors and open floor plan are just two major selling points of the co-op, located on the third floor of a redbrick 19th century row house.

Oh yeah, and the wood-burning fireplace with an intricately carved mantle. That’s a definite selling point, too.
