For most, Canadian furniture retailer EQ3’s Labor Day sale wrapped up yesterday. But Domino readers get to enjoy the 15 percent–off discount on a few of our favorite rounded-edge items with the exclusive promo code DOMINO. To sift through the hundreds of sale items, we tapped our style editor, Julia Stevens, and assistant editor, Raven McMillan, to pull out the small-space pieces they love, too. Plus one curvy coffee table our very own style director, Naomi deMañana, has been coveting gets a steeper price cut of up to 35 percent off. Here’s how they’d make these pieces uniquely their own at home.

Feet Up: Tubular Coffee Table

DeMañana has had her eye on the Tubular Coffee Table in a flashy, chromelike finish for what feels like forever now. “It gives all the Knoll, later–mid-century vibes, but with a more feminine, round shape. Now that it’s on sale, I’m snatching it up,” she shares. DeMañana plans on stacking a high pile of design books, adding a low, drapey trailing plant (cue the silver satin) and corralling her techy remotes in a lacquered box. All that’ll be left to do is light a candle for a bit of ambience and kick up her feet before sitting back and relaxing.

Host With the Most: Bar Cart

“The bar cart is made for a tiny studio apartment and is maybe my favorite item at EQ3,” says Stevens. “Plus how often do you see wheels that aren’t an eyesore?” Designed by Montreal-based Thom Fougere Studio, the 23-inch diameter of this little guy won’t fight your furniture for square footage. No matter if you go with the modern black, cozy walnut, or Scandi-chic natural oak, the entire piece elegantly sticks to one tone, down to the wheels. Stevens’s go-to styling tips include layering in some citrus and a mishmash of matches with your favorite beverages to add a little color.

Triple Threat: Bingo, Bango, Bongo Stools

Stools are more than a last-minute place to pop a squat or extra boost to reach the highest shelf. McMillan pictures using a combo of the Bingo and Bongo stools as nightstands in an attempt to simplify her space. (No drawers means no temptation to fill them, right?) “The pair will add a sculptural element to my bedroom with just enough room for my sunset to sunrise essentials: a good bedtime read, a sleek water carafe, and a cozy cup of chamomile tea,” she offers.

Long story short, Domino editors love them for their versatility—you can even bring them outside—and that’s likely why one (or all) of the whimsical triplet are always sold out. Seriously, EQ3 has previously told us that since the launch three years ago, inventory has had to increase nearly 70 percent. Not only are all of them in stock at the moment, they’re a part of the exclusive sale for our readers. Snatch them up and top them off with your favorite wares.
