Per TMZ, the five-story townhouse actually belongs to SoHo House executive David Aldea, but Swift still plans to stay there for about a year!

The five-bedroom abode boasts six bathrooms, three fireplaces (one of which is wood-burning), double-height ceilings, and over 5,400 square feet of living space.

Additionally, the abode—originally built in 1912— includes a brick façade, hardwood flooring, a white marble staircase, skylight, and an elevator.

The second floor holds a gourmet kitchen, gallery, and formal dining room with floor-to- ceiling windows.

On the third floor you’ll find not one but two master bedroom suites, each with its own terrace and unique views of the downtown cityscape.

However, the real stunner is the spread’s massive indoor pool (nestled right off the great room) but that’s not to discredit the place’s private garage and rooftop patio—designed specifically for outdoor entertaining.
