The PopUp House is the latest in sustainable housing, and only requires one tool for construction: a screwdriver. The IKEA version of a home, the materials for the PopUp House are shipped ready to be assembled with wooden screws. No power tools required! The home costs, on average, between $1,477 to $2,272, and takes approximately one month to build. Elle Decor reports that the home is currently only available in France, but will soon (hopefully) expand to both the UK and U.S.
