The Wolf of Wall Street star wants $2.995 million for the midcentury-style bungalow.

The 3,660 square foot digs boast a main house designed by Richard Dorman and to a separate guesthouse—with a Zen-inspired courtyard in between.

The main house features glass sliding doors in every room, all which open to the outside yard.

Altogether, there are a total of four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a state-of-the-art screening room.

The open floor layout of the spread includes sultry ebonized oak floors and white wooden wall paneling.

Outside, there’s saltwater pool, a cabana area—complete with an outdoor kitchen—and sports court for playing basketball with pal Leonardo DiCaprio!
