A spa, a yoga shala, a screening room, the occasional visiting chef: these are things that you might expect to find in a luxe hotel, but thanks to a new company, Haven Coliving, they can be a part of your home. For people who prioritize wellness above all else—which seems to be pretty much everyone these days—this living situation is pretty ideal.

Haven—which recently opened its first location, in Venice, California—has a pretty similar set-up to co-living startup Common: essentially, you can apply for a bedroom in an otherwise shared home that’s furnished to foster a sense of community (aka, there’s plenty of room on the couch to catch the latest episode of Succession). But at Haven, the benefits don’t stop there. In addition to a place to sleep, you’ll also get access to an expansive roster of group activities like breathwork and yoga classes, group jogs, TED-style talks, vegan dinners, and beach outings. Oh, you thought that was it? Nope, there’s also complimentary bed linens and towels, a screening room, and an “Instagram recording booth“, whatever that is. Haven is like a wellness retreat that never ends.

Until, of course, your lease does—but that’s flexible. You can apply to stay at Haven on a month-to-month basis, or longer-term if you’d prefer. But when all is said and done, you might just prefer to make some Kraft mac and cheese and re-watch Sex and the City, without any pressure to join the group discussion on the benefits of Transcendental Meditation. Why not treat yourself?
