Totes Amazing: Big Baggu

I’ve been a longtime fan of Baggu, so when I came across the brand’s newly released jumbo-size bag, I knew I had to have one. It’s the perfect companion for my weekly grocery store hauls, and the retro-hued take on checkerboard is the ideal way to kick-start my inevitable future as an eccentric bag lady. — Esmé Stern, editorial assistant

Bright Idea: Trueing Lamp

Lighting and furniture design studio Trueing’s new collaboration with Japanese glass artist Baku Takahashi, dubbed Howdy, Neighbor, is for kids at heart, and as a 30-something whose favorite cake flavor is Funfetti, I definitely qualify. They worked together for a year and a half to craft the 10-piece collection, which features vases, lamps, and pendants with Toy Story–worthy appendages in multicolored glass. Suddenly Streaming: Million Dollar Decorators

Confession: I actually never saw this Bravo television decorating show when it first debuted in 2011. But now that it’s streaming on Amazon Prime, I can’t get enough of the behind-the-scenes look at the life of Los Angeles–based interior designers, now all household names in the industry (Mary McDonald, Martin Lawrence Bullard, Kathryn Ireland, Nathan Turner, and Jeffrey Alan Marks). Hilarity ensues when each designer is faced with the challenges of demanding clients, tight timelines, and unexpected construction disasters, all par for the course in the day of a decorator. This peek behind the design lens reminds us to have fun, do what we love, and fight for fringe. —Benjamin Reynaert, style director 

Stop and Reflect: Mirrors Collective

Hanging mirrors in place of art is one of my classic go-tos when designing a space. They never fail to brighten a room, and they can even make a space look larger. (Plus finding affordable art that you love enough to stare at all the time is no easy task.) Mirrors Collective (M. Co for short), a new Brooklyn-based brand, just launched Wrong Geometries, a collection that merges the blob-shaped trend with higher-end, dare I say Kelly Wearstler–esque materials (hello, obsidian stone!).  —Julia Stevens, associate style editor

Tropic Wonder: John Derian x Todd Snyder

Sure, the groundhog saw his shadow, but that doesn’t mean that spring scenes can’t come a little early this year. I’m scooping up nearly everything from John Derian and Todd Snyder’s new collab—particularly the camp-collar shirt and marigold-crested crewneck. The botanical prints are exactly the Band-Aid my closet needs to get me through to warm weather again. The line is shoppable online, but if you’re based in New York, I’d recommend picking it up at Snyder’s Tribeca store, where a Lewis Miller “Flower Flash” is a beacon just past the banks of post-blizzard snow. —Tim Latterner, design editor
