Per Variety, The “Uptown Funk” singer bought the Hollywood Regency Style estate in 2012—for just under $3.25 million.

The gated bungalow was originally built in the 1690s and features 12-foot tall marble columns at the entrance of the property.

Inside, the 4,064 square-foot space is filled with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that walk out into the scenic backyard.
