Per Variety, The “Uptown Funk” singer bought the Hollywood Regency Style estate in 2012—for just under $3.25 million.

The gated bungalow was originally built in the 1690s and features 12-foot tall marble columns at the entrance of the property.

Inside, the 4,064 square-foot space is filled with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that walk out into the scenic backyard.

The massive master suite offers heated flooring, a large dressing room, and en suite bathroom with a dry sauna, steam shower, and massage nook.

Additionally, the three-bedroom pad boasts a state-of-the-art sound system that can be heard both in and outside of the home.

In the backyard, there’s a swimming pool and spacious patio for entertaining friends amidst the gracious views of the San Fernando Valley landscape.
