With their first child on the way, the couple are searching for a space a little better suited for their growing family.

The one-bedroom loft is nestled inside a turn-of-the century cast iron building and boasts 2,800 square feet of living space, as well as one bedroom and two bathrooms. The spacious spread also offers thirteen-feet tall ceilings, six original columns, exposed brick walls, oversized window—with generous views of the cityscape—and a direct elevator.

The colossal kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and black granite-clad countertops. We can only imagine how much fun it was to entertain with a kitchen like this!

The massive master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a marble-covered en suite bathroom with windows and an oversized soaking tub.

The pair purchased the pad in 2014, but already own another estate in the posh Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
