We love our kitchens and going on new cooking and entertaining adventures, but we’re not made of money! All those decorative trays and new accessories that we convince ourselves we “must buy” add up fast. But newsflash: Buying pretty dishes and essentials like pots and pans doesn’t have to drain your bank account. Read on for 16 of our favorite places to shop for bargain (but still modern and quality) kitchenware.

fishs eddy

This NYC-based shop sells sometimes sarcastic and always cute dishware. Expect to discover quirky, unique finds for affordable prices. Think cheeky mugs and all the entertaining essentials you could ever need.

zara home

If you haven’t shopped Zara’s home line yet, you’re missing out. Their kitchen section is a trendy mix of bright colors and neutrals, and even includes bread baskets and other unexpected items to add to the overall completeness of your kitchen. Shop for chic watercolor dishes, white and gold utensils, and lots more.

three potato four

Finding art to hang in your kitchen can sometimes be a drag. Luckily, Three Potato Four makes the cutest felt pennants, letter boards, and linen banners that will brighten your day the second you walk into your kitchen.

target

This shouldn’t come as a surprise, but if you need it, Target has it. They not only sell affordable appliances, tools and gadgets, and necessary stuff like pots and pans, they also carry Threshold Kitchen, which is always beautiful and inexpensive. And don’t even get us started on their designer collabs…

domino

Not to toot our own horn or anything, but we have some good kitchen finds, too. We’re currently crushing on this set of 8 pastel bowls that break up the monotony of an all-white collection.

 cb2

Think unique, modern finds that look super expensive and sophisticated. Filling your kitchen with goods from CB2 will definitely be an upgraded look for your space and dining experience—whether you’re entertaining or not.

h&m

H&M doesn’t just sell clothing—they also have tons of home and beauty now, too. Yes, this includes kitchenware. We’re talking table runners, seat cushions for your uncomfy stools, trendy metallic and printed dishware, and basically everything you need to entertain.

home goods

Though you can’t shop online, we highly recommend strolling through your local Home Goods for inexpensive kitchenware. You might have to do some sifting, but it will be worth it.

urban outfitters

Urban isn’t just for hipster clothing… They sell trendy stuff for your home, too—including your kitchen. Shop for the usual finds, bohemian-inspired ceramic bowls, and cheeky tumblers, but stay for the actually cool finds like taco racks (like from the restaurants!) and strawberry slicers.

anthropologie

Though Anthropologie can be a bit pricier than other shops on the list, it’s worth it. (And the sales ROCK!) Their patterned dishware is unparalleled, and we wish their dish towels were in every kitchen ever.

macy’s

Macy’s home section is like a maze full of everything we wish we had in our homes. Their kitchen appliance and electronic section? SO good. And good news, not everything is outside of a budget conscious price range. (Watch for promotions and discounts)!

bed bath & beyond

Like Macy’s, Bed Bath & Beyond is kind of like the Queen of kitchen appliances, electronics, basic necessities, cool gadgets, hand towels… The list goes on. Shop smart with coupons and you’ll walk out with everything you could ever need with money still in your pocket.

jet.com

Jet is the newest online marketplace that sells ALL the stuff you need at an inexpensive price. And to nobody’s surprise, this includes any and all kitchen appliances. (And yes, that is a mini donut maker. And yes, we want one).

kate spade

Kate Spade’s dishware might be even cuter than their clothes and accessories…and we do NOT say that lightly. If you’re in the market for affordable housewarming or wedding gifts, this is a go-to. Think wooden boards and utensils with bright pops of colors and cheeky canisters and serving essentials. (And the more adorable tea kettles, ever).

ikea

As if we need to remind you, Ikea is a wonderful resource for all things inexpensive. But we all know they have cheap dishes and serving utensils, right? What you might not know is that the Scandinavian giant has awesome kitchen storage solutions that would fit right into any modern home.

wayfair

Wayfair really has it all. Look for classic, simple, functional, and super reliable kitchenware and appliances. Some of the best basics can be found here (and easily replaced should little cracks or stains happen over time).
