Vince Vaughn’s Hollywood Hills home is officially on the market for $2.695 million. The residence, perched near the top of Runyon Canyon Park, comes with a celebrity pedigree: Before the Wedding Crashers star picked it up in 2014 for $2.375 million, it was owned by Kate Bosworth.

Following the purchase, Vince Vaughn and his wife Kyla Weber (who, as a former real estate agent, definitely knows a thing or two about dealing with properties) swiftly made it a rental with prices ranging from $12,500 to $14,00. Now, the 2,890-square-foot pad is up for more permanent grabs.

Set on over half an acre, the sprawling residence is every bit the bright and airy California oasis. Starting with an open floor plan wherein the dining and living areas are connected, the first floor features dark hardwood floors, simple white walls, and exposed wooden beams in the open dining area. The white brick fireplace (situated next to a pile of firewood) adds to the natural charm of the place.

There’s also a fully updated chef’s gallery-style kitchen, which includes a huge greenhouse window that overlooks a patio filled with florals and greenery.

The home’s three bedrooms are divided between two main floor bedrooms and an upstairs master suite. The latter bedroom is a gorgeous skylit retreat that has a sitting area, two walk-in closets, and a spa bathroom with double Carrara marble vanities and a ceramic-tiled jetted tub. That said, the downstairs rooms don’t skimp on luxury either: They open directly on to a lap lane swimming pool in the side yard.

The gated residence is located behind a long driveway that opens up into a motor court, two-car garage, and trellis-lined entrance, providing both some much-needed privacy and quite the grand entrance. Oh, and there’s a 180-degree view of the canyon too.

The listing is held by Karen Lower, but the sale doesn’t mean the actor is necessarily leaving California: He also owns a Manhattan Beach mansion purchased for $6.4 million from former USC football coach Lane Kiffin.
