While everyone else has been busy anticipating the drop of Taylor Swift’s album “Reputation” (to come Nov. 10), the pop princess was busy dropping $18 million on a swanky new townhouse located on a cozy cobblestone street in the heart of Tribeca.

The perfect neighborhood for the trendsetting singer, Tribeca is known for its chic boutiques and hip restaurants that border the old industrial buildings in the area. In fact, Swift already owns a penthouse on the same block that she bought for $19.95 million in 2014.

Her new pad is bit more spacious with four bedrooms, four and a half baths spread across 5,148 square feet and three floors. The brick townhouse is also 27-feet-wide, giving her ample space to host her squad of famous BFFs in cramped New York City.

Her new home was designed by famed architect and designer Leopoldo Rosati, using only the most cutting-edge and luxurious materials. Per an old listing, the main level has a great room with a large skylight and fireplace, along with a gourmet kitchen featuring Italian cabinetry and high end appliances by Miele and Gaggenau. Limestone radiant heat floors will keep Swift warm in the cold NY winter months.

Below is a state-of-the-art home theater with, specialized lighting, surround sound and motion control.

The bedrooms feature antique French wide plank oak floors and custom closets for storing all of Swift’s red-carpet-worthy fashion. The master bedroom even has his/her walk-in closets/dressing rooms so there’s plenty of room for all the “Welcome to New York” singer’s signature fashion moments.

In the master bathroom, details of Italian limestone make a modern statement while a Duravit jet tub takes center stage. Across from the custom wide double basin sink is also a dual rainfall steam shower.

As the ultimate treasure of coveted NY outdoor space, Swift’s new house has a gorgeous planted terrace with Japanese paper glass wall and Wolf natural gas grill.
