Taylor Swift (faves) recently shared an Instagram snap with gal pal (and possibly new squad member) Kelsea Ballerini. One thing we noticed in the midst of all this adorableness, Tay has a bay window. Now, we know she just purchased her new Los Angeles home, and perhaps hasn’t had quite enough time to redecorate, you know…an entire mansion. But when she does, we’d like to offer up our ideas for how she can make the most of this cozy nook.

A crisp take on the farmhouse vibe, this warm and inviting space would love to play host to a squad member (or five).

Cool and modern, we love a deep navy/light blush color palette for Tay.

Don’t forget the shelves! Bay windows are a great opportunity to add in sneaky storage. (Under the bench cushions, too)!

Classic and delicate, we could absolutely see Taylor taking her morning tea in this sweet space.

Painting the walls black and ripping out the seating is a bold move, but we could see Taylor really enjoying the chair-hanging-from-the-ceiling vibe. (Makes for great Instagrams).

A beachside-chic approach provides a calm, quiet space for relaxing, perhaps with a book or a cat, when not on tour.

If she’s down to go all out, and fully customize her new space, we love the minimalist approach to this smart seating and storage option.

Bright and airy, we love how a whitewashing makes this nook feel larger than it is. The darker chairs provide a cool accent to keep this area from looking too one-note.

Perhaps the most crowd-pleasing option, this perfectly on-trend space makes good use of industrial lighting paired with softer accents to keep things balanced. Ample seating and a place to gather that’s not as formal as a dining room (because you know she has an amazing dining room), will be a welcome comfort in Taylor’s new home.
