Stacey Griffith is a SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor and author of the upcoming wellness manual Two Turns From Zero. We checked in with the high-energy, NYC-based lifestyle guru to see how she winds down on the weekends and what she does in order to reset for the week ahead.

What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

I put my feet on the ground and thank the universe for everything in my life and ask it to protect my SoulCycle students for the day. Then I head straight to our Nespresso machine.

Deb cooks a mean steak with a salad, or some nights we have fish cooked in parchment paper with tomatoes and jasmine rice.

What do you do on Sundays to prepare for the week ahead?

I leave Sundays for sitting in the den to rest, catching up on emails, and writing my weekly Monday Motivation article for
