Dust off those flowerpots and tuck away the knit blankets; spring is here, and with it a brand-new issue of Domino dedicated to color—the spaces that embody it, the people who love it, and the myriad ways to squeeze it into every part of daily life, from cocktails to ceramics. Though if you flip through the magazine, one hue stands out from the rest: Green is having a moment.

It’s on cover star and style setter Alexa Chung’s emerald office cabinets (inspired, as you’ll read in our interview, by a particular pair of Celine trousers) and in boutique owner Brynn Jones’s Los Angeles home, where malachite breaks up the wood paneling in the living room. Fashion creative Deborah Brett lives surrounded entirely by shades of green, as demonstrated in her verdant London house.

Be sure to subscribe to get all of this inspiration (and much more) sent directly to your door. Until you can get your hands on the magazine, we’re sharing a few of our other favorite color moments from its pages. We’re in for a supersaturated season.

Lilac

With the ice cream pastels renaissance still going strong, we have our eye on this lavender. Bring it home with one of ceramics brand Pomelo’s two new colorways, an exclusive collaboration with Domino. Alfresco brunches are calling.

Chartreuse

Somewhere between yellow and green, this almost-neon can seem tricky to decorate with—but it’s all about incorporating it in small doses. And in Brynn Jones’s kitchen, a little goes a long way.

Majorelle Blue

Photography by Sophie Denux

This primary tint isn’t going anywhere anytime soon—just ask LRNCE founder Laurence Leenaert. The designer has featured it prominently in both her Marrakech studio-storefront (her second is set to open later this year in the heart of the medina) and her collection, using it to balance out earthy desert tones.

London designers Jordan Cluroe and Russell Whitehead have also infused Yves Klein Blue in little bursts throughout their home: a tufted headboard, a statement ceiling, an office chair. It’s even on the cover of the 2LG Studio founders’ upcoming book, Making Living Lovely

Bubblegum Pink

Another can’t-miss hue from 2LG Studio’s Technicolor space: the candy shade of this bedroom vanity, which also popped up in the Dedar founders’ Milan design guide, coating a Gio Ponti desk at the Galleria Massimo De Carlo. If you want to put the punchy pick in your own apartment, we have good news: Decor shop Coming Soon is teaming up with Backdrop Paint on a version of this pink called Barragán-cito. Mark your calendars for April 14 (when it will be available to shop) and ready that paintbrush.
