Los Angeles–based model and influencer Rocky Barnes married Matthew Cooper in a Grey Gardens–inspired wedding weekend in New Jersey last fall, so she knows the importance of taking time for yourself during such a busy couple of days. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and I think people are so eager to really capture every moment of the weekend that they don’t really give themselves self-love, which is the most important part,” she says.
