Rebecca Atwood’s inaugural collection of embroidered fabrics and pillows launched this morning, and we’re swooning over the intricate designs of the pieces. The primary motifs of the collection are attributed to a recent trip to the city of Zihuatanejo, a resort town on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Pool time, hand-painted ceramics, and celestial bodies were among the primary sources of inspiration for the line, which features a curated palette of earthy tones.
Atwood’s interpretation of the sun and the moon are the dominating patterns found within the pillows and fabrics, illustrative of the natural movements and tonal characteristics of both. The subtle textures and hand-drawn compositions of the items further complement the organic and nature-inspired motifs of the collection. Our favorite part? The complementary color palette means foolproof mixing and matching.
The pillows retail from $154 to $314, while Dot Dash design fabric is $199 per yard, and the Sun and Moon design is $209 per yard. Shop the collection here.
