Per Curbed NY, Ringwald picked up the prewar pad all the way back in 2004, but currently spends most of her time at her family home in Santa Monica instead.

The two-bedroom duplex sits on top of a 19th century townhouse and includes a spacious eat-in kitchen and dining area.

Ringwald renovated the condo to restore most of its original architectural details, including marble mantels, exposed brick walls, and wood-beam ceilings.

There’s even a spacious guest bedroom (with hardwood floors) and an authentic, wood-burning fireplace inside the property.

Also, both of the co-op’s bathrooms were modernized to offer spa-inspired steam showers and polished stone floors.

Even better, the top-level abode boasts a rooftop terrace, complete with near-panoramic views of the New York City skyline.
