The Duke and Dutchess of Sussex have officially enjoyed their last hurrah as a couple and in true royal family style, they chose to go out in style.

According to royal reporter Emily Andrews, Meghan and Harry spent four nights at the luxurious countryside Heckfield Place hotel in Hampshire. Their rustic-chic babymoon reportedly cost the duo a cool $13,000 per night‚ but can you really put a price on peace and quiet?

“Their £10,000 a night Long Room was super luxurious with its own kitchen, dining table, and two balconies and terraces,” Andrews wrote on Twitter. “Meghan particularly enjoyed the ‘farm to table’ approach of the organic kitchen and its yummy meals.”

The couple snuck out to the secluded Georgian farmhouse at just the right time. After delaying their move to Frogmore Cottage due to renovations, People reports that Meghan and Harry get to come home to a freshly finished space, which includes a yoga room, chef’s kitchen, and an eco-conscious nursery.

While we have yet to sneak a peek inside their permanent Windsor residence, we have a hunch that the space might just look a lot like Heckfield Place. Built in the 18th-century, the nearly 250-year-old estate is English countryside charm at its finest, with a contemporary California-cool spin—a perfect mix of both Meghan and Harry’s tastes. Here are three standout design ideas we hope they take back to Windsor.

Indoor-Outdoor Flow

The royal duo reportedly rented out the Long Room, a private apartment that boasts a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, classic allover wainscotting, and a breathtaking terrace. Finished with a troop of plants and Scandinavian-inspired seating, this stunning balcony is a lesson in seamlessly bringing the outdoors inside.

Unexpected Color

Despite the rumors that Markle opted for a soothing neutral (and nontoxic) paint color for the walls of her nursery, we’re secretly hoping she went with a desaturated pink. When surrounded by classic 20th-century furniture, leafy greens, and brass accents, the baby-approved hue looks sophisticated.

Art in Every Room

Large-scale art doesn’t just deserve to be displayed in museums or galleries. At Heckfield Place, impressive portraits hang in the kitchen and large floral panels flank the living room. Harry and Meghan have a lot of hanging to do, seeing that the queen let them pick priceless works from the Royal Art Collection as a housewarming gift.
