By now, it’s no secret that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are deeply invested in keeping their minds and bodies healthy. Now, they’re taking a step further into the wellness sphere, and launching a documentary series on mental health—alongside Oprah Winfrey—set to premiere on Apple in 2020.

The series will focus on both mental illness and mental health in an effort to destigmatize conversations around both. “It is a huge responsibility to get this right as we bring you the facts, the science and the awareness of a subject that is so relevant during these times,” Prince Harry writes. “Our hope is that this series will be positive, enlightening and inclusive—sharing global stories of unparalleled human spirit fighting back from the darkest places, and the opportunity for us to understand ourselves and those around us better.”

Wellness is a central focus for the expecting couple. Prince Harry has been candid about his own mental health, opening up to The Telegraph in 2017 about his decision to seek grief counseling, 20 years after the death of his mother. That same year, he also launched Heads Together, a U.K.  organization that supports mental health programs for students, veterans, and more people throughout the country, alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Meghan and Harry may have a busy schedule—especially with their baby arriving any day now—but it’s clear that they make the time to keep their health, both mental and physical, in check. With their upcoming docu-series, they’re sure to extend a helping hand to others, too—until then, you can focus on your own health and wellness using these Sussex-approved tips.

Try a bit of yoga

Meghan grew up doing yoga with her yoga teacher mother, Doria Ragland, and she still keeps up her practice today—her new home in Frogmore Cottage even allegedly features a yoga studio. In a 2016 interview with Best Health, she said she does hot yoga a few times a week.

Make time to meditate

In a post on her now-defunct lifestyle site The Tig, Meghan also detailed her daily meditation practice. Specifically, she does Vedic meditation—a kind of silent meditation that promises a calmer, at-ease mind—and is perfectly easy for any beginner to take up.

Go all-natural wherever you can

Both Meghan and Harry have shown an interest in making their lifestyles as natural as possible, favoring farm-to-table restaurants, and opting for a sustainable, vegan paint line for their child’s nursery. Need a simple way to start making your home healthier? Switch to natural cleaning products.
