Four months, 10,000 square feet, and 22 of the country’s top design firms. The 2nd annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach is officially open to the public, and for any design enthusiasts in the area, it’s a must-see.

The Palm Beach iteration of the New York City Decorator Show House follows the same premise: Designers from around the country are invited to transform an entire house, imbuing each room with a distinct style and infusing the home with bold color. The home is then opened to the public, and all proceeds from the viewings go directly to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.

“We are so grateful for this incredible group of designers who have come from all over the country to showcase their designs while also raising critical programming funds for the 18,000 children served by both organizations,” said James Druckman, president and CEO of the New York Design Center and president of the board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.

Philanthropic enticements notwithstanding, visiting the Show House is a unique opportunity to see some of the top creative minds’ visions come to life.

The sprawling two-story Mediterranean-style home features unique style in every room.

Downstairs, Cindy Rinfret’s take on the Grand Living Room sees elements of the Florida coast meshed with Moroccan themes, including high arches and rich blue-and-white tilework. Lee Ann Thornton’s “The Little Club” is completely decked out in vibrant fuchsia and turquoise; a maximalist’s dream spot for intimate gatherings. The pink color moment continues into Tina Anastasia’s renovation of the home gym. The ombre shell wall and various gradient pink moments make for the chicest gym we’ve ever seen.

As you head upstairs, don’t ignore the journey there. The design team of Lee W. Robinson and Kyle Johnson seem to be on board with the statement staircase movement; their reinvention of the spiral stairs includes a variety of bold wallpaper, a living moss wall, and a green pagoda birdcage suspended from the high ceiling.

On the second floor, you’ll find a bold color palette in the guest bedroom, courtesy of Jennifer Garrigues. The 1970s-inspired “Sunset Tower Suite,” designed by Danielle Rollins, is another fully pink room, inspired by the signature Palm Beach color palette.

And as for the outdoor parts, they’re just as stunning. Andres Paradelo’s topiary garden and citrus plant–lined walls of the home create a space you want to spend all day in. The upstairs loggia, designed by Louise Cronan, is equally inspiring. Drawing from the home’s Floridian surroundings, it includes mainstays like wicker furniture and a kitschy blue-and-white upholstery pattern.

Stop by the Decorator Show House at 6215 South Flagler Drive until Wednesday, February 20. Purchase your tickets online here.
