Architecture firm Roman and Williams designed the building and all its interiors in 2007 in its first ground-up residential project, and the results are luxe and rich in character. In Kloss and Kushner’s unit, a custom granite fireplace makes an impressive living room focal point, and herringbone floors add stylish detailing throughout.
