In case you need another reason to dedicate your life and home to Amazon, the beloved e-commerce hub just launched its first exclusive designer collaboration—and, we have to admit, it’s pretty epic. Bringing his iconic and effortlessly chic vision to the masses, A-list designer and all-around powerhouse Jonathan Adler recently teamed up with Amazon for a collection of furniture, rugs, bedding, and decorative accessories. Dubbed Now House, the line—which officially hit the site on October 17—focuses on luxe-looking pieces.

With obvious nods to Memphis Design, Now House plays heavily with geometry, modernist prints, and shapely compositions. Ranging from storage-savvy ottomans and dining room sets to graphic end tables and griddy mirrors, the collection conveniently embodies the hottest home trends we’re seeing right now. Here are five standout themes worth noting from the line (plus, our favorite items that bring the movement to life).

A Touch of Terrazzo

There’s no telling when terrazzo’s reign will end (hopefully, never). Until then, we’re going to continue indulging our speckled obsession. Reimagined on the surfaces of vases and catch-all trays, here, the material takes on new meaning by way of stylish stoneware.

Terrazzo Hourglass Vase, $38

Putting a two-toned twist on a classic form, this maximalist-approved vase will surely stun once filled with seasonal blooms.

Terrazzo Decorative Tray, $16

Boasting the same print as the vase before, this tray will lend an organizational hand to the bedroom nightstand or act as a storage spot for loose jewelry and small beauty goodies in the bathroom.

Tubular Accents

Chunky objects and fat silhouettes are two lingering 70’s trends we currently can’t get enough of. With a careful attention to structure underlying almost every object in the collection, these sculpted finds put a sleek and artful spin on timeless design.

Otto Pedestal Accent Table, $198

Whether topped with books or equally stunning totems, this shapely lacquer table (also available in mint, blue, and white) is a lesson in the art of proportion.

Chroma Upholstered Bench, $448

While gracing the pricier end of the spectrum, this tonal teal surface is certainly worth the splurge. Aside from its curvy composition, the next best thing about this mod bench has to be its storage-friendly interior. Plop this stunner at the foot of a low-sitting bed or display it in the entryway where everyone can see.

Chroma Decanter, $48

A rich addition to your evergrowing bar cart collective, we love how this bold decanter wows with the most basic of shapes.

Gridded Planes

Much like black and white, grids provide a basic sense of structure and balance. From crisscross prints to linear constructions, these clean cut pieces are all about the intersection of form and function.

Grid End Table, $298

The stark black framework of this lacquer nightstand creates a graphic illusion that the piece is floating in space.

Grid Decorative Box, $68

A glossy ceramic box with a tic-tac-toe twist will make a striking statement on any tabletop.

Large Mod Lines Vase, $48

Taking a turn for the deconstructed, this mod vase references its gridded counterparts only through line and dot.

Ice Cream Pastels

ICYMI: Ice cream is no longer just a summer staple. The sweet and feminine shades that have long informed our favorite desserts are making their way into the realm of furniture and decor. Icy blues, muted pinks, and minty greens are the primary pastels making up Adler’s inspired palette.

Vally Club Chair, $598

In the same way that a traditional neutral like white, gray, or taupe might introduce a sense of harmony to a space, pale blush is a great way to embrace color without losing your cool. What better way to foster your refined design perspective than with a tailored armchair?

3-Drawer Dresser, $488

Forgo your standard vintage dresser for a more elevated option. Swathed in a cool mint, this powder coated bedroom essential is anything but snoozy.

Chroma Circle Vase, $38

Equal parts playful and artful, the concentric circles that feature in this vase exude serious fun house vibes.

Playful Illusions

Trompe l’oeil patterns, mirrored surfaces, and exaggerated forms that aim to deceive the eye are on our must-have list for 2019. Take a peek at the visual trickery we’re loving from Now House.

Chroma Cube Accent Table, $188

You’ve never seen an accent table as majestic and iridescent as this. Alone, its reflective exterior offers a visually intriguing spot to stack accessories. Add color into the mix, however, and its illusory aura becomes totally amplified.

Milan Collection Area Rug, $244

Not unlike the mirrored objects within the collection, other pieces—like this layered area rug—compress the idea of reflection into a stunning one dimensional surface.

Deco Jacquard Pillow, $40

The glamorous movements and signature curvature of Art Deco design, summed up in one pillow.
