A post shared by JoJo Fletcher (@joelle_fletcher) on

JoJo Fletcher knows more about design than you think she does. Before becoming The Bachelorettethe Dallas native enjoyed a much quieter life as a real estate developer. While her recently launched clothing brand, Shop Fletch, and new web series are enough to keep her occupied, post-fame priorities won’t stop her from doing what she knows best.

Clearly well-versed in the art of demolition (and picking out paint colors), Fletcher and her fiance Jordan Rodgers have turned house flipping into a therapeutic side hustle, often documenting their in-progress projects via Instagram. In a recent post, Fletcher shared a look inside her latest flip—hinting that this fixer-upper might be the duo’s forever home.

“A little sneak peek of my latest project that half way through became home… more pics to come as I finalize my other spaces [sic]” Fletcher wrote, revealing dramatic before and after shots of a kitchen from a project she aptly dubbed “Do Not Enter.”

Now complete with a spacious eat-in counter, glossy white backsplash, and warm metallic hardware, the breezy makeover is a far cry from its HAZMAT-worthy beginnings. Much like Fletcher’s own personal style, the space is the perfect blend of rustic and modern. A pop of shiplap over the jet black range gives the room that quintessential Texas feel, while two large brass pendant lights impart a sense of contemporary elegance.

As we patiently wait on standby for more inspiring before and after images, we can’t help but want to steal her covetable look for ourselves. Here are a few of our favorite pieces we spotted in her knockout remodel.

Silas Seagrass Counter Stool, CB2, $229

Accents with texture and shine can bring character to a kitchen as clean and streamlined as this. Fletcher’s seagrass barstools from CB2 are a comfy way to embrace natural woven textures in a white kitchen.

Ironsbridge Marble Countertop Collection, Cambria, pricing upon request

The real stunner here, of course, are those countertops. Fletcher’s fresh pick for the kitchen introduces a dose of warmth and dimension with its patchworks of grays, whites, and creams.

Haleigh Lacquered Brass Pendant Dome, Rejuvenation, $349

For a similar lighting situation, this equally sleek pendant from Rejuvenation will stun with its cage-like dome.

Woodgrain Serving Tray, Anthropologie, $48

A wood serving tray on the kitchen island doubles as a vessel for loose fruits and small cooking staples.

Moscow Mule Mug, West Elm, $24

Whether you’re a true Moscow mule drinker or not, these hammered copper mugs are easy on the eyes. Take after Fletcher and display them alongside equally pretty vessels and glassware on an empty open shelf.
