A four-bedroom penthouse just opened up in New York City’s Nomad district, and owning it comes with some pretty impressive bragging rights. Aside from the 3,000 square feet of outdoor space that encompasses two floors, four separate terraces, and a view of Madison Square Park, this stunning home’s previous owner is none other than Jennifer Lopez.

Living like JLo is definitely going to cost you, though: The singer is selling the penthouse for $26.95 million, having paid $20.1 million for it in 2014.

In addition to the significant outdoor square footage, the home also boasts 6,540 square feet of interior space. With six and a half bathrooms, a private elevator landing, and two floors of living space, it’s easy to see why the apartment’s listing refers to it as “the crown jewel” of the 1924 prewar building.

The elevator opens up into a private entry foyer on the fifth floor, which leads into a light-filled room, complete with a skylight and three French doors. High ceilings, whitewashed walls, and wide plank oak floors keep the apartment feeling spacious and luxurious.

Also on the home’s first floor? A gourmet kitchen with a built-in breakfast bar and dining area. A private bedroom wing that includes three bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom), a laundry room, and a staff room rounds out the floor.

The sprawling master suite makes up the majority of the building’s top floor, and the light-filled bedroom is flanked by not one, but two master bathrooms. Both include Italian marble slab for an opulent finishing touch.

Given that the duplex has a grand total of four terraces, there’s no shortage of outside space, with each terrace providing plenty of room for furniture. In fact, there’s even a netted seating area with fairy lights—the ultimate chic entertaining space, offering incredible views of the skyline.

Other perks of the home? The building itself, of course—it comes with a full-time doorman, private storage, and a gym. Oh, and celebrity neighbors include Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon.
