If you’re looking for a new show to get hooked on, we’ve got just the one. HGTV has a new show premiering on March 21st and you’ll definitely want to tune in.

Starring Erin and Ben Napier, TV’s newest and most down-to-earth design power couple, Home Town focuses on the charm of small town America. Viewers will follow the couple as they welcome newcomers to their town of Laurel, Mississippi, helping them renovate their historical homes. The challenge will be striking a design balance that both preserves the history of the house and suits the individual tastes of the homeowners.

As much as the show is about small town charm, a big draw is Ben and Erin. Ben, a talented woodworker and former youth minister with a history degree, and Erin, an artist and former stationer with a graphic design degree, are as unpretentious as they come. In addition to being total home design pros, they sell heirloom wares and durable goods in their storefront, Laurel Mercantile, and are so passionate about their community you’ll want to pack up and move to a quaint town of your own.

Each week, the audience will get a glimpse of that beloved community and see how it informs the duo’s design choices. The couple champions local businesses and American-made products, and are more interested in preserving the characteristics of the town than bringing their personal styles to the forefront. Each project they undertake is all about the personalities of their clients and the historical value of the house they are renovating.

“Our style is about filling a home with collected, meaningful objects that tell the homeowner’s story,” says Erin.
