Ever wish you could live in one of Chip and Joanna Gaines’s famous farmhouses? We found the next best thing. Now available to rent on Airbnb, this dreamy retreat isn’t just an idyllic country getaway—it’s a real-life, Chip and Jo fixer-upper.

According to People, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom abode in Crawford, Texas is home to Fixer-Upper’s executive producer, Michael Matsumoto, and his family. Dubbed the “Little Shack on the Prairie,” the shabby-chic home was featured during the season four finale. Situated only 20 minutes from Waco, the Airbnb offers guests the opportunity to indulge in country respite. Not to mention, HGTV stardom.

While this isn’t the first “Fixer-Upper” home of its kind to open to the public (earlier this year the famous “Faceless Bunker House” hit the market for $1.5 million), this rental makes the Chip and Jo dream a bit more accessible for fans in need of a vacation.

Having only purchased the run-down house for a mere $12,500, Matsumoto let his colleagues do what they do best. Beginning with what was quite literally a shack, the pair built upon the original home’s bones with an open great room, shiplap-covered kitchen, master suite with raw wood ceilings, and decked-out outdoor dining space. There’s also a playground, basketball court, and small gym on the property.

As dedicated “Fixer-Upper” fans, we’ve seen our fair share of dramatic transformations, and this impressive turnaround was easily one of the pair’s biggest challenges to-date. Complete with well-loved details—from concrete countertops and repurposed wood to a custom bunk bed tree house—, this idyllic rental has enough farmhouse spark to rival the Gaines’s very own Waco farmhouse. Consider your five seconds of HGTV fame complete!
