We’ve all been there before. The pre-grocery run days, when the fridge is stocked with veggies,
leftovers, and a random block of cheese. Luckily, we found a few mouthwatering recipes,
which prove that a lack of ingredients don’t mean a compromise on taste. See for yourself.

BAGELS AND LOX
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bagel and top with a few slices of smoked salmon.
WATERMELON & FETA CHEESE SALAD
fresh watermelon, cut into cubes
a handful of basil, sliced into slivers
half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
1.Combine the watermelon cubes with sliced basil, and top the crumbled feta cheese.
BAKED BRIE WITH FIGS
one wheel of brie cheese, cut into quarters
2 figs, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of honey
Place the wheel of Brie into an oven, preheated at 325F. Bake for 6 minutes.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the honey over the Brie, and bake for 4 additional minutes.
TOMATO BASIL PASTA
1.Preheat the oven to 375F and arrange the tomatoes and basil in a baking dish. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and roast for 30 minutes.
2.In the meantime, cook the pasta to your preference, saving half a cup of the cooking liquid once it’s complete.
3.Pour the cooked pasta back into the pot, and mix with the roasted tomato and basil mixture.
4.Add in the reserved cooking liquid, and toss the mixture over medium heat, and enjoy!
