Earlier this week on Instagram, actor, author, and winemaker Cameron Diaz made her “whatever you got” ramen, a riff on packaged noodles that adds fresh ingredients like carrots, celery, shiitake mushrooms, and broccoli. And while the end result looked delicious, we were completely focused on another part of her cooking process: her nonstick skillet.

Diaz sautéed her veggies using a HexClad pan, a favorite among chefs, including Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of celeb go-to Italian spot Jon & Vinny’s in Los Angeles. The reason everyone loves HexClad so much? It’s nonstick without using Teflon (instead it has a hybrid stainless steel–and–nonstick coating), and unlike most other, similar pans, it can go from the stovetop straight into the oven.

The thing is also indestructible: Metal utensils won’t scratch it (most nonstick pans require silicone and wood tools only), and it’s dishwasher safe. I own an entire set of these pans, and they’re the only ones I trust for scrambled eggs, tofu, and, well, everything else. I’ve had mine for two years now, and they look as good as the day I got them.

Just this week the brand released its most versatile style yet: a 14-inch pan perfect for big family meals like pastas and paella. Or, you know, a supersize batch of Diaz’s ramen.
