Marco de Vincenzo

Lighting created the illusion of floors and plastic fringe in the faintest baby pink hue.

Roberto Cavalli

The set, created by Bureau Betak, was made up of luxe, printed textiles, velvet and gold seating, with the addition of grand, tropical palms.

Dolce & Gabbana

Always a sight to see, this season Dolce & Gabanna’s SS17 runway show relied on large, lush palms and psychedelic lighting to create a “Tropico Italiano” backdrop to a parade of models dressed in the most fun (but still sophisticated), colorful, and dream-like designs.

Undoubtedly the standout set of Milan Fashion Week, the Gucci runway was lined with mirrored tiles, plush, tufted, pink velvet ottomans, pink-tinted lights, and a star-lined carpet to denote the runway.

The raised, industrial runway was backed by a film installation by David O. Russell, creating a truly immersive and unique experience.

Philipp Plein created a life-size play on an Alice in Wonderland-like world, complete with neon lights, play homes, and a finale to remember, where models rode an actual amusement park ride.
