Every great city has its pros and cons: New York has bustling art and food scenes, but no one moves to the Big Apple for the massive apartments. Los Angeles may have beaches, but have you ever been stuck in traffic there? Still, there are some places that outrank the rest, and a new report from WalletHub has the inside scoop.

The survey looked at all 50 state capitals, ranking them across factors like affordability, education quality, and average weekly work hours. The winner—for the second year in a row—was Austin, Texas. In fact, most of the top five remain the same from last year, with one exciting newcomer: Denver took home fourth place.

Turns out, the buzzy locale is also a burgeoning design hot spot. It’s home to the Denver Design District, where decor aficionados can peruse pieces from more than 1,400 up-and-coming brands. Locals can stop by the Ramble Hotel for a drink (and probably a photo) at the stunning bar. Oh, and don’t sleep on the Denver Art Museum—it was designed by architect Gio Ponti and is full of ever-changing galleries. Even if you aren’t interested in moving out West, it might be time to add the Colorado capital to your travel hit list.
