Last July, Hathaway and her producer husband, Adam Shulman finally sold their longtime loft in Brooklyn.
The 1,200 square foot spread is occupies the top floor of a five-story Neo-Georgian mansion—designed by the same family that constructed the historic Dakota building—built in 1904.

The interior is filled with idiosyncratic architectural details, including a wood-burning fireplace, French doors, and a sky-lit kitchen with 18-foot ceilings and a wine pantry!
Both of the abode’s bedrooms include skylights and a “planting balcony” for growing flowers and herbs.
The contemporary-style bathrooms boast heated floors and a marble-tiled steam shower.
There’s even a super-posh private patio, perfect for lounging outdoors during the spring—when Hathaway is set to start her one-woman play off-Broadway.
